Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, festivals, or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Charges
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping option. Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499.
Shipping Cost Breakdown:
- Orders below ₹499: ₹50 standard shipping
- Orders above ₹499: Free standard shipping
- Express shipping: Additional ₹100
- Bulk educational orders: Special rates available (contact support)
- International shipping: Currently not available
Delivery Areas
Currently, we ship across all states and union territories in India. We deliver to both urban and rural areas, though delivery times may vary for remote locations.
Delivery Issues & Support
Delivery Delays
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Courier service delays or logistics issues
- Weather conditions or natural disasters
- Political unrest, strikes, or bandhs
- Address inaccuracies or accessibility issues
- Festival seasons or peak shopping periods
Lost or Damaged Items
We take utmost care in packaging your books and educational materials to prevent damage during transit. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/video evidence of the damage
- For lost packages, wait 3 extra days beyond estimated delivery
- We will coordinate with the courier partner for resolution
- Replacement or refund will be processed as per our policy
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, recipient unavailable, or other reasons:
- Courier will attempt delivery 2 more times
- Package will be held at local courier office for 5 days
- You will receive pickup notification via SMS/email
- After 5 days, package returns to us and restocking fees may apply
